Hello,
The European Parliament wanted to protect the dogs against cruelty from some people and in a radical way prohibited the cut of ears and tail. So we can currently see the pervert fact of this law cause all the country did not adopt it. But we realize unfortunately that some breed are dedicated to disappear and are touched by the desinterest of amators.
Some make operate in exotic countries or made it by themselves and this law penalizes only those which respects the law.
This petition is for the European Parliament so that it amends the law, that it accepts this plastic surgery under condition of being practised by professional under anaesthesia, with production of a certificate.
We need one million signatures so that the petition is examined by the European Parliament.

 I got my first Dobermann when I was still a child, in 1990. Since then I've
been in love with this noble breed. My first dog was named Bill. He was very obedient and devoted but didn't fit within the exterior breed standards. It
didn't bother me then. I loved him and that was enough to me. I started to
love Dobermann becouse of him. He made me interested in them so, very soon, i
wanted to find out more about them. I started to visit shows, read
books, meat people who loved and breed them in order to learn more...

Few years later I decided to buy a another one. It was beautiful black female Oxa Cobra. The very first moment I saw her I just knew that she was very promising. She filed my days with joy and dropped a litter to a few exceptional puppies. She was Gad v. Franckenhorst and Eni Cobra's doughter. Great on shows and work but in first place she was my girl and I loved her very much. She gave me Forto, Fila, Flora, Golda, Gloria, Gala, Goldy, Vort... and other great dogs. Except of Oxa, there were Cenzo Cobra, Clea Cle Cobra, Iv Cobra...
Cenzo was an exceptional dog. He totally got me. He came into my possession as an grownup, two years old, extremly dominant male. |
At one moment he was like a child and in another he turned into a beast, according to the circumstances. Otherwise, he was very stable, tolerant to the weak ones, energetic and lovable. I started to love him at no time. He could make me laugh easily. He liked to play but, most of all, he liked to swim. While in car he could sense the smell of water and then he couldn't wait for the moment the door to be opened to jump into lake water. He was Crico Cobra and Indi Cobra's son. The beauty champ and an excellent working dog. He died when he was ten. I still miss him. I hope, some day, some Cenzo junior will be born again to fulfill the emptiness he has left but he set so high standards which are very hard to be achieved.
Clea Cle was Cenzo's sister. Strong brown female. She was very loving dog and she had three very good litters. Iv Cobra was also brown female, from Irinus de Ferignis and Indi Cobra. I took her as a puppy but, unfortunately, I couldn't realize my plans with her since she had to be put to sleep because of an illnes. I'v learned that the most important thing is to keep dogs in good health. A good breeder should never do anything that might harm dog's health. These dogs are part of my past and, in my heart, i keep place for them. I don't want them to fall in oblivion so I dedicate this site to them.
